RCMT engages in material and demand alignment activities that specifically track the critical/priority flow of Line-of-Balance and Work-in-progress parts through the suppliers’ manufacturing shop. From the raw material phase, through manufacturing, quality, shipping, and customer delivery, we take care of it, so you don’t have to. 

We’ll mitigate potential delivery delays and shortages by identifying risks, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and developing recovery plans to bring deliveries back in-line with your requirements. 

We’ll recommend manufacturing/business process improvement opportunities by monitoring and evaluating your production operations and determining where an opportunity for improvement may exist. We’ll then provide you with process improvement recommendations and then maintain the solution by implementing controls.
